Today, Polomé takes a new step in its journey by expanding its artistic universe with two new galleries in Belgium, reflecting its DNA and creative ambition.
The first gallery in Waterloo opened its doors on Thursday, November 28, offering an immersive experience where design and jewelry come together. Designed in collaboration with Isabel Gilles, known for her innovative approach to interior spaces, this venue will showcase the essence of the connection between the Art of living and Polomé's creations. The second gallery, set to open in Knokke next summer, will be located in a stunning setting where Art and jewelry will meet.
To bring this renewed vision to life, Baptiste Polomé has partnered with two new collaborators, Charles Cowez and Augustin Grenier. Charles will oversee the management of the workshop, while Augustin will lead the development and expansion of the brand in these new locations.
Baptiste, for his part, will continue to oversee the main house in Charleroi while coordinating overall operations.
Polomé is thus entering a new era, where family tradition, artisanal craftsmanship, and a unique artistic experience come together to offer everyone a deep immersion into a world where imagination and human connections are at the heart of each creation.

Polomé draws inspiration from bold sculptures that dare to displease, awakening curiosity, elevating understanding, and making art resonate. It is the Bauhaus movement that drives the mood boards of our designer, shapes the first sketches of the ‘Je Suis BAU’ collection, and guides its technical execution with our artisans.
Founded in 1919 in Weimar through the collaboration of a school of Applied Arts and Fine Arts, the Bauhaus movement was driven by Walter Gropius and embodied a profound reform of art and architecture education, initiated by the Belgian Henry Van de Velde. More than just an architectural style, Bauhaus represents an interdisciplinary approach to design, combining art and craftsmanship.
In Charleroi, this influence is inseparable from the local heritage. Marcel Leborgne, a prominent figure in modernist architecture, left an indelible mark on the local landscape. His influence is reflected in the collection, where distinctive geometric shapes honor this legacy while creating a synergy between the past and present.
The ‘Je Suis BAU’ collection draws its essence from the clean lines, geometric forms, and minimalism of Bauhaus, giving birth to pieces that are true works of art.
Wearing ‘Je Suis BAU’ means daring to wear a work of art, inspired by the fusion of local heritage and international influence.
